A message from the Neighbourhood Watch national body We would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you, the new chair of Merseyside Neighbourhood Watch Force Association, Lynne Fairclough. As many of you know, Lynne was vice-chair for a number of years, supporting the outgoing chair Catherine.
