ABOUT US
Southport Homewatch Association was set up in 1991.
The Southport Homewatch Association committee consists of volunteers who facilitate the creation of new schemes, monitor and encourage existing schemes and share good practice across schemes.
MEET THE TEAM
Southport Homewatch Association is run by a small committee. Please get in touch with any comments or questions you may have. We would be delighted to hear from you.
We would also like to hear from any Scheme Leaders who would like to discuss joining the committee and having a say in how the association develops in the future.
JACQUELINE WEBB
Chair
Jacqueline worked in IT for Alliance & Leicester (formerly Girobank) for 30 years. She started her Homewatch group in 2015, joining the committee in early 2020, taking on the role of Vice-Chairman at the end of that year. She took over the role of Chairman in 2021. Jacqueline is also a Multi-Scheme Administrator for our partner organisation Neighbourhood Watch and Treasurer for Merseyside Region Neighbourhood Watch Association. She is keen to use her bank experience to bring benefit to Southport Homewatch. In 2024 she was awarded Merseyside Police Volunteer of the Year.

David has recently retired. For most of his working life he worked for Cooperheat as the Manufacturing Manager. He is the Co-ordinator for the Mallee Neighbourhood Watch Scheme. He is very approachable and always open to any ideas / suggestions. His interests are computers, science fiction and most importantly Real Ale (he has converted his garage into a bar!). He joined the committee in early 2021.
